About
Software keeps getting more powerful — and harder to use
Every product ships more features, more settings, more surface area. Documentation can't keep up, tooltip tours break on every release, and the people who need help most are the ones least likely to read.
We started Supamaus with a simple idea: when someone is stuck, they don't want a wall of text — they want a finger pointing at the screen that says “click here.” The cursor is the one interface every human and every app already shares. So we set out to make it intelligent.
That became a harness — a pointer that works in both directions. Capture sends your screen context into any AI agent, so your coding tools finally see what you see. Guide embeds an AI pointer in your product that onboards and supports your users — clicking, highlighting, and explaining as it goes. Because it sees the page the way a human does, it keeps working as your product changes.
Two products today, and more on the way — wherever a human meets software, or an agent meets a screen, the pointer can help. It runs as a free macOS app, or embeds in any product with a single script tag.
What we believe
A few principles
Show, don't tell
People learn by doing. Our job is to point at the next step and get out of the way.
Resilient over clever
Guidance that breaks on the next deploy is worse than none. We target the way humans see.
Free to start
The fastest way to understand Supamaus is to use it. The extension and Mac app are free, forever.
