By accessing or using Supamaus (supamaus.io), our browser extension, or our macOS application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for any content and API keys you provide, and for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect.
Free tier & paid plans
The Chrome extension and macOS app are offered free of charge, with you supplying your own AI provider key. Embedded SDK and enterprise plans are governed by a separate agreement entered into at purchase.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
